Blockscape is a voxel-based sandbox game, inspired by Minecraft, where players can explore vast worlds, containing such geographic features as mountains, caves, rivers, trees and much more. Although the game is still in its infancy, the developer of the game, Jens Blomquist, intends to provide an infinite number of computer-generated worlds.
While building a new world, the size of the blocks used is entirely changeable, allowing players to build anything and everything they desire, right down to individual pieces of furniture for home interiors.
The game will also allow players to start servers of their own and play with up to 256 of their closest friends.
Jens Blomquist is the one-man development team behind the voxel-based sandbox game "Blockscape". Jens is a self-described typical nerd who has been working as a programmer for the last 20 years. More recently, he decided to put those years of experience toward something he loves: a game. He lives in Sweden with his wife, an art teacher.
